Day in Court 1



Today my son Rusty had his Readiness Hearing with the court. They asked for a continuance so that his co defendants would have the opportunity to secure legal counsel for themselves.

My son is in deep shit and my words are failing me. *sniff*

    TFLS~ It saddens me to see my son in this position. Alcohol and drugs have consumed him. The young man that is in jail is not the child I raised.

    Th other day he called me and he told me that he did not understand some of the charges against him. I told him "You are a addict and you are not responsible for your actions commited while being high however, YOU are always RESPONSIBLE for the RESULTS of your actions." Needless to say he was not happy with hearing that and he hung up on me!={
