I was sent this in an email from my friend Benita

Welcome to the Christmas edition of getting to know your friends.

1. Wrapping or gift bags? I love to gift wrap! I also like to make my own bows for the gifts.
2. Real or artificial tree? I love the smell of a fresh tree however Rainman and I decided to use a fake tree this year.
3. When do you put up the tree? I try to decorate my home before the 10th of December.
4. When do you take the tree down? Before New Years Eve.
5. Do you like eggnog? Oh gross, I can't even stand the smell of it.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? I am changing this one to the best gift I have EVER received. The best Christmas present was the birth of my son Rusty at 9:20 a.m. on Christmas Day in1982. He was so small just 4lbs, 3 oz. I really miss him, sigh.
7. Do you have a nativity scene? Yes.
8. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I've never received a truly bad gift. However, once I got a gift wrapped in duct tape at each end from my EX.
9. Mail or email Christmas cards? Email. I know it is not as personal as a handwritten note however it saves trees.
10. Favorite Christmas Movie? It’s A Wonderful Life.
11. When do you start shopping for Christmas? I bought my first Christmas gift this year in August.
12. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? EVERYTHING! Even though I am a diabetic, I do not deprive myself, I just eat in moderation.

17. Angel on the tree top or a star? Star
18. Open the presents Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning? When the boys were young we would open presents at the crack of dawn. Now it is before Christmas Brunch.
19. Most annoying thing about this time of year? People trying to out give each other and listening to them complain about their credit card bills when they start coming in the mail.
20. Do you decorate your tree in any specific theme or color? When I have a real tree I use a theme. With the fake one I just use gold and burgundy glass balls.
