    Oh how I dread having to ever deal with customer service :-(

    The comic reminds me of the way I felt last week, trying to change my cell phone plan.

    I miss your posts, you have always had the ability to make me laugh.

    I purchased a Toshiba television less than eight months ago and it went out. It is under warranty and I keep getting the run around because Toshiba has sent the wrong part twice! GRR.

    Hopefully it will be resolved soon :)
